Description: This Instructor-led course will explore the importance of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) in the workplace and how it can impact your career. It will show you how building your EQ will make you a stronger leader.

Purpose: This module was developed as part of a leadership course due to focus group findings. During Covid, a special focus group was held to determine why attrition was over 80% in the first 90 days. One of the problems was that several managers were hired but, were not given leadership training. This module is part of a leadership course that helps bridge that gap.
